The old Mousel & Clausen breweries have been remodelled in a multifunctional urban site combining tradition and modernity.
This architectural project creates a location for exchanges and for meetings. It is incarnated around a number of activities such as restaurant and amusement outlets, residences of various categories, 10,000 m² of offices, a 400 space public car park and numerous green spaces; all of which is perfectly complementary with the pre-existing environment.
The architects particularly had in mind the need to recall the timeless character of the industrial buildings in their new uses, which has been achieved using structures, and the meticulous choice of materials and forms used, which are inspired by the copper vats of the brewery.
